Reiki
What is Reiki? The Japanese word Reiki (ray-kee”) comes from two roots. Rei means gift, invisible spirit, sacred, universal, infinite. Ki means means energy, the vital unseen force flowing through all life forms, which connects with all universal energy. In essence, reiki means Universal (Spiritual) Life Force Energy. The Reiki treatment is “hands-on”, although one can perform it without direct touch and even at a distance. Most clients experience a renewed sense of well being. This is an ancient healing practice which can recharge you and increase your enthusiasm for life. Reiki healing energy activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
